Our new cooking and baking workshops are small and sociable affairs, with a maximum of four participants per class, and with everybody working together around a central bakery table rather than individual work stations.  Ideal for a group of friends or two couple who know each other, or even as a team-building event for small corporate groups.  The environment is relaxed and informal, with refreshments and canapés provided at each class, and with many of the classes allowing for everyone to sit down together afterwards and enjoy what has been made.
